Shipping policy

Products will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. If I am away then I will leave a shop announcement and ship packages when I return.

I use Royal Mail for UK and International orders. 

At this current time I am unable to ship to the EU .

From August 29th 2025 USA customers will be required to pay a 10% tariff fee on all orders. This additional fee will be shown at checkout.

USA customers must include their phone and email for custom forms.

International order prices will vary.

Please make sure that your address is correct, once your package is handed over to the post office I am unable to make changes or responsible for delayed delivery times.

For international orders please allow 5-10 business days, some packages may take up to 4 weeks. I don't currently offer tracked international shipping but if you would like that option please contact me at hello@franceswilliams.com 

Your package may be subject to customs or import taxes that are incurred once it reaches its destination. I am not responsible for these costs if they occur. 

We accept damaged or lost items, if this unfortunately happens please email me at hello@franceswilliamsart.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged item.
